They talk about current issues such as Cyber bullying/friendship, mobile phone use and sensible and safe use of all Technology. They also talk about being aware of how long they spend using this Technology and how they can take ownership of their usage. They discuss ‘The right to be unavailable’ and talk about turning off mobile phones and other devices. We try to help them understand that social networking is a wonderful way to communicate but that it can be time consuming and demanding if not used carefully. WW1 Autograph Book This is my Grandfather’s First World War Autograph book and a very treasured possession. Due to its age this book does contain writings that would be considered controversial today. However it gives a unique opportunity to see autographs collected in 1918 and a rare insight into how people felt at the time. Some of the images are not politically correct and you may need to choose which ones to share with your class. This Autograph Book belonged to my Grandfather so it is very special to me. He fought in France from January 1915-October 1918. This Autograph book was written 1918. Some entries are funny, some are sad and some make you think.
